The Rigid Belt System utilizes laser-cut thermoplastic- Tegris as the framework to create a lightweight, flexible yet rigid and stable platform to attach equipment, holsters, and accessories. It is equipped with a tried and true lightning quick release D-Ring Cobra buckle that meets ANSI and CSA standards, as well as salt fog and blowing sand test certifications. The Cobra buckle has solid brass release clips, making it a tactical gun belt that is strong, comfortable, stylish, and professional enough for police gear, law enforcement gear, military gear, and even astronauts.

The belt features a 2-ply nylon webbing base (7000 lbs tensile strength) with a field of PALS webbing, laser-cut from a rigid woven thermo-polymer. This ensures that your equipment is always secured to something rigid, while allowing the belt to remain lightweight and comfortable.

The double belt system includes an adjustable 2" width outer belt lined with a hook layer inside and fully covered with laser-cut MOLLE slots, as well as a 1.5" width inner belt with a Hook & Loop closure for infinite adjustability to fit most pant loops. To determine your size, use a measuring tape or a piece of rope or string and put it through your pant loops (while wearing pants) to get your exact waist measurement, then refer to the sizing guide. Available sizes are S (30-35" waist), M (34-40" waist), L (39-44" waist), and XL (43-49" waist).
