The Universal Tourniquet Holder is quick and easy to mount, featuring a simple yet effective design. It holds the tourniquet in place tightly without the need for MOLLE, and seamlessly integrates with PC systems in a low-profile manner. The Hook/Loop Velcro attachment allows for mounting on any surface, making it a great addition to tactical belts, vests, and other kits, serving as a replacement for traditional tourniquet pouches.

Unlike traditional pouches, this holder does not accommodate both a tourniquet and trauma shears, maintaining a low profile and minimal weight for easy access. The durable elastic loop band keeps the tourniquet securely in place, while still allowing for quick retrieval when needed.

The elastic construction ensures a tight fit for a variety of the most commonly used tourniquets, such as the CAT tourniquet, providing a tighter hold compared to similar elastic loops. Although the fit may be a bit snug initially, this ensures the tourniquet remains in place until intentionally removed.
